What we do

Plumbing services in the Vaal Triangle

01

Geyser installation & replacement

A failed geyser is the most common plumbing emergency in South Africa — and usually the messiest. We stock 100ℓ, 150ℓ and 200ℓ units and can replace a burst geyser same-day in most cases.

Every installation is done to SANS 10254: drip tray, vacuum breakers and pressure-control valve included, signed off with a Certificate of Compliance your insurer will accept.

How long does a geyser replacement take?

Usually 2–4 hours once we’re on site — same-day in most cases if you call before noon.

What's included
Supply & install, all sizes and brands
Drip tray, vacuum breakers & PCV
Element and thermostat replacements
Insurance-claim paperwork & COC
When to call us
No hot water, or water that never gets past lukewarm
Water stains spreading on the ceiling
Banging or rumbling sounds from the roof
Constant dripping from the overflow pipe
02

Gas geyser installation

Gas geysers heat water on demand and don’t care about load-shedding — which is why they’ve become the go-to upgrade in the Vaal. No stored tank of water in the roof, no element chewing electricity all day.

Gas work is regulated: it must be installed by a SAQCC-registered technician and certified with a gas COC. We handle the full installation, gas line and certification.

Is a gas geyser safe?

Yes — installed to SANS 10087 by a SAQCC-registered installer and certified with a gas COC, it’s as safe as any appliance in your home.

What's included
Gas geyser supply & installation
Gas line, regulator & bottle cage
Conversions from electric geysers
SAQCC gas Certificate of Conformity
When to call us
Cold showers every time the power is off
Electricity bill dominated by the geyser
Electric geyser near the end of its life
03

Burst pipes & leak repairs

A burst pipe can dump hundreds of litres into your home in an hour. We’ll talk you through shutting off the mains on the phone, then get to you fast — emergencies are prioritised 24/7.

We repair copper, galvanised, PVC and PEX, above ground or buried, and pressure-test the line afterwards so you know the fix holds.

What do I do while I wait for you?

Shut the mains valve at the water meter — we’ll talk you through finding it on the phone. It stops the damage immediately.

What's included
24/7 emergency response
Copper, galvanised, PVC & PEX repairs
Underground and in-wall pipe repairs
Pressure test on completion
When to call us
Water pooling with no obvious source
A sudden drop in water pressure
The sound of running water when everything is off
04

Leak detection & pressure testing

A hidden leak shows up as a mystery water bill, a damp patch or a warm spot on the floor — long before you see water. Acoustic and thermal detection finds it without breaking a single tile.

You get the leak located and marked, a pressure-test report, and a straight quote for the repair. Detection reports are accepted for municipal leak-rebate applications.

Will you have to break my wall?

Not to find the leak. Detection is non-invasive; if a repair needs access, we open the smallest possible section and quote it first.

What's included
Acoustic & thermal leak detection
Municipal-rebate pressure reports
Slab and in-wall leak location
Repair quote on the spot
When to call us
Water bill suddenly higher than usual
Damp patches or lifting floor tiles
Water meter turning with all taps closed
05

Blocked drains & sewer lines

Blocked drains don’t fix themselves — they back up at the worst moment. Machine rodding clears the blockage; if it keeps returning we put a camera down the line to find the cause, usually roots or a collapsed section.

We handle everything from a slow kitchen sink to a full sewer line, and leave the site clean.

Why does the same drain keep blocking?

Usually roots or a damaged section of pipe. A camera inspection shows the cause so you can fix it once instead of clearing it monthly.

What's included
Machine rodding & high-pressure jetting
Kitchen, bathroom & sewer lines
Root cutting & line repairs
Camera inspection for repeat blockages
When to call us
Water pooling around a gully outside
Gurgling from drains when the toilet flushes
More than one drain running slow
06

Bathroom & kitchen plumbing

Renovation plumbing is where cut corners hide — inside walls and under floors. We do the first-fix pipework, waterproof-critical connections and final fitting of baths, showers, basins and sinks.

We work in with your builder and tiler, keep to the programme, and certify our work so the renovation doesn’t cause problems at transfer time.

Do you work with my builder?

Yes — we quote off the plans, coordinate with the builder and tiler, and come back for final fit-off when they’re ready.

What's included
First-fix & second-fix pipework
Baths, showers, basins & sinks
Dishwasher & washing machine points
Work certified for property transfer
When to call us
Planning a bathroom or kitchen renovation
Moving fixtures to a new wall
Adding an appliance point
07

Toilets, taps & valves

A running toilet quietly wastes up to 400 litres a day, and a dripping tap is money down the drain — literally. These are quick jobs when they’re done with the right parts.

We carry common spares on the van: flush mechanisms, tap cartridges, washers and angle valves, so most small jobs are finished in one visit.

Is a small job worth a callout?

We batch small jobs into route days so the callout stays reasonable — and a running toilet costs more than the fix within a month or two.

What's included
Toilet flush mechanisms & inlet valves
Tap cartridges, washers & reseating
Angle valves & stop taps
Mixer replacements
When to call us
Toilet runs or trickles after flushing
A tap you have to force closed
Hammering pipes when taps close
08

Water tank installation

Water interruptions have made storage tanks as common as satellite dishes in the Vaal. We install the full setup: tank, base or stand, and the pipework that fills it and feeds it back into the house.

With a pump and automatic changeover valve, the switch to tank water happens by itself — you often won’t even know the municipal supply is off.

What size tank do I need?

For a family home, 2 500–5 000ℓ covers most outages. We size it off your usage and the space you have.

What's included
Tank supply & certified stand or base
Municipal-fill & house-feed pipework
Pump & automatic changeover valve
Filters for drinking-water use
When to call us
Regular municipal water interruptions
Low pressure at peak times
Borehole or rainwater you want to store
09

General maintenance & contracts

Body corporates, landlords and businesses don’t want a new plumber every callout. A maintenance arrangement gives you one number, agreed rates, and a plumber who already knows your property’s quirks.

We handle scheduled inspections (geysers, valves, shut-offs) and priority response for tenants — with proper invoicing and reports for the managing agent.

Do you work with managing agents?

Yes — most of our contract work comes through agents. We invoice per property and report per incident.

What's included
Agreed rates & priority response
Scheduled geyser & valve inspections
Tenant liaison & access arrangement
Reports & invoicing for agents
When to call us
Managing more than one property
Tenants reporting plumbing directly to you
Insurance requiring maintenance records
