1. Quotes & callout fees
Quotes are valid for 14 days and cover the work described. A standard callout fee applies within our service area and is confirmed by phone before dispatch; it is credited against the invoice if the quoted work proceeds.
2. Workmanship guarantee
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. The guarantee covers labour on work we performed; materials carry their manufacturer warranties. It excludes damage from misuse, other contractors, or pre-existing conditions we identified in writing.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion by card, EFT or cash unless agreed otherwise in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit for materials. Ownership of installed materials passes on full payment.
4. Access & site conditions
The client provides reasonable access to the work area. Where concealed conditions (hidden pipework, non-compliant prior work) change the scope, we pause and re-quote before continuing.
5. Certificates of Compliance
Where required, a plumbing Certificate of Compliance is issued for work we complete. A COC certifies our installation only, not unrelated existing plumbing.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
